Using this App

This app allows you to search m/z features in different metabolomics databases.

Steps:

1. Select a database from the dropdown menu
2. Enter m/z values either by pasting them in the text area or uploading a file
3. Set the search parameters (PPM tolerance, precursor types)
4. Click 'Search Database' to run the search
5. View and download results as needed

Input Format:

For text input: comma-separated m/z values

For file upload: CSV or TXT file with columns for m/z values and optionally ion mode

Ion Mode Detection:

The app automatically detects ion mode based on the sign of m/z values:

• Negative values (e.g., -144.11106) -> Negative mode
• Positive values (e.g., 115.11176) -> Positive mode
